Orders:
If you wish to order any of our products just add items to you shopping basket online. If you wish to reserve and collect in shop or see items in shop then just contact Lucretia@villagechic.co.uk tel; 079 715 970 53 or email us to check stock.
 
If items are Out Of Stock then telephone or email to check next availability.
 
Payments:
Payments can be made via: Credit/Debit Cards  & American Express over the telephone or in person tel; 01509 812035. You can also pay online. Cash is also accepted in Shop or by arrangement with Lucretia. Cheque payments to Village Chic, please allow for all funds to clear before collecting or having you item delivered.
 
Please note Village Chic does not share or store your financial details or any other personal information about you. Village Chic will never ask for your personal bank information if you are ever contacted about this please do not give any information out.
 
We use Paypal Online cards Payment please visit Paypal to see the policies in place to help protect you Online & giving you Paypal Customer Protection.
 
Delivery - Postage
If you wish to have a large item delivered to you then this can be done by contacting Village Chic via telephone or email. Please provide us with your post code to check costs. Once your item has been paid for delivery is normally within 7 - 28 days or order.
We also offer 48 hour delivery service for Urgent goods, please ask about this service.

Terms & Conditions
 
  • Village Chic describes all items to the best of our knowledge and ability. As with all Painted and Original wooden furniture colour and pattern variation will occur.
 
  • Most items are painted or finished in a Shabby Chic style this is a worn and distressed look, each item is individual and finishes will vary.
 
  • With Antiques & Vintage items any visible marks, stains & cracks are age related this is normal therefore items will not be accepted as faulty or returnable. All items are fit for use.
 
  • All items are sold as seen or described therefore customers are welcome to ask for further details from Village Chic before purchasing goods.
 
  • We aim to keep all items in stock however due to the high demand of the reproduction range, products can take up to 8-12 weeks if Out of Stock.
 
  • French Antique & Vintage ranges are in stock if listed. Imported goods normally take 4 weeks. Shipping delays do not often occur, but you will be advised if this happens.

 

  • All items are normally delivered within 7- 28 days.
 
  • If you have paid for a Out Of Stock item you will be advised within 7 days and a refund offered. After 7 days the customer has agreed to go ahead with the order and wait for items.
  
  • All goods must be Paid in Full before Collection or Delivery unless pre arranged with Village Chic.
 
  • If a Customer Fails to take receipt for delivery or Village Chic is unable to gain access due to inappropriate access. The customer shall pay full delivery costs and a £3.50 per day storage cost per item plus any re delivery costs.
 
  • Village Chic has the right to cancel Delivery through delays beyond their control and re arrange new time scales.
  
  • Deliveries made via 3rd parties are not insured by Village Chic. Items are all inspected by Village Chic before collections or Deliveries if damage occurs this is beyond Village Chic control and Refunds or returns will not be give out if Deemed Out Of Our Control or Responsibilities. All Village Chic;s Deliveries are fully insured.
  
  • Unless arranged with Village Chic by booking Our Personal Home Delivery Service Extra. Deliveries are made by one driver. For any bulky or Heavy items Help will be required.
  
  • All Village Chic's measurements are to the nearest cm, but please remember to always allow a space and never measure exact. It is the Customers responsibility to check sizes, descriptions, colours & Delivery access.
  
  • If you have ordered a item and had a commissioned Paint Finish by Village Chic not refund is given, unless item has been damaged. There is no refund for Our Paint Service
  
  • Customers who bring their own furniture in to Village Chic to be painted do at their own risk.
  
  • Refunds are only for Damaged & Faulty items, replacement items will be offered or credit notes, please point this out to our Driver at the time to save you on return costs.
  • All Refunds are less Delivery charges.
  
  • All items must be returned in original condition and packaging to Village Chic  with 7 days.
  
  • All Refunds must be made within 7 days.
  
  • All prices & costs include the current UK VAT Rate of 20%.
  
  • Village Chic will NOT & does NOT Share your Data all information is confidential and Village Chic will not give out personal information and does not save your data.
  
  • Village Chic will never ask for your personal bank information.
  
  • Village Chic does not give permission to others to use their Name - Images without prior permission under the Copyright Laws UK.
  
  • All our Terms & Conditions do not affect your Legal Rights.
